Expanding the automated exhibition history with manual entries allows you to include exhibitions not linked to an artwork on the platform
The exhibition history in the online version of your catalogue raisonné is automatically generated by including all exhibitions related to published artwork. The Navigating.art platform allows you to manually extend the exhibition history, ensuring that all relevant materials are displayed on your website, even if they are not directly linked to specific works.
This tutorial explains how to add entries to the public exhibition history manually.
1. Open the exhibition you would like to add to the exhibition history.

2. Add the project artist as an agent.
Click +Add in the Agents section.

3. Select the artist.
A dialog opens. Select the project artist and confirm with Select. The agent you select must be an artist.

4. Select an agent role.
A dialog opens. Select "included in exhibition history of" as the role. Confirm with Save.

5. Find the added agent in the agent box.

6. Find the manually added entry listed in the exhibition history of your online catalogue raisonné.
When the exhibition entry is public, it is added to the website's indices section.

7. If needed, remove the entry from the indices.
The artist and the selected role are displayed in the agent section. Click the bin icon next to it to remove the entry from the indices.
