Highlighting publications and resources for an agent

Highlighting selected connections between an agent and a publication or archival resource helps make important relationships easier to find.

An agent, such as a person or an institution, can be linked to various entries across the platform, including publications or resources. In some cases, specific entries may be particularly relevant for the agent. To reflect this, you can highlight individual connections between an agent and a publication or archival resource. This tutorial explains how to mark these relationships as highlights for an agent.

1. Open the publication entry you want to highlight for an agent.

2. Edit the agent you want to highlight the publication for.

3. Mark the relationship as a highlight.

Click the star icon in the dialog to mark this link as a highlight for the agent. Confirm by clicking Save.

4. Find the highlighted agent listed in the agent box.

5. Open the resource entry you want to highlight for an agent.

9. View all highlights in the agent's entry.

Open the agent’s entry and switch to the References tab. Use the Highlighted filter to display only the highlighted connections.
