Full and public reports enable collaboration with external researchers and copyediting. This tutorial covers how to generate and download artwork reports.
You can choose between a Full Artwork Report and a Public Artwork Report.
Full Artwork Report
This type of report shows all available information, public and private alike. The report document includes:
- Artwork information
- Image
- Description and tombstone
- Provenance
- Publication
- Exhibition
- Footnotes extended
Public Artwork Report
This type of report shows only the information that has been marked as public. The report document includes:
- Artwork information
- Image
- Description and tombstone
- Provenance
- Publication
- Exhibition
- Footnotes
How to generate and download a report
- Open the artwork entity. Select either Full Artwork Report or Public Artwork Report from the drop-down menu in the top right. Click Create Report.
- A new tab opens where the selected report is displayed. Do a right click and select Print to download the report as a PDF.
- You can also download the report by clicking Download in the bottom right corner. Select the file format DOCX. The report is downloaded to your computer automatically.
