Having access to your publications is essential for thorough analysis and accurate citation. Linking scans to your publication entries enhances your bibliographic records and provides immediate access to the content. This process enriches your catalogue raisonné by incorporating direct links to important publication scans, ensuring a well-organized and comprehensive resource for your research.
1. In the publication entry, click Link scans.
2. Select a resource.
A selection dialog opens, Select and archival resource to be connected to the publication. Use the search filters to find the correct resource.
3. Select the resources and confirm with Select.
4. Select a publication cover image.
After selecting a resource, all media associated with it will be displayed in a grid view. From here, you can choose a publication cover image and confirm with Select.
5. Find the linked scans in the publication entry.
The linked scans are now accessible within the publication entry. Click on the archival resource to view the scans in their original location. The selected cover image is also displayed in the publication entry.
