This tutorial explains how to link an exhibition catalogue to the corresponding exhibition in four steps.
The publication entry for the catalogue you want to link to the auction should be created before following this tutorial. Take a look at How to create a publication record and How to link scans to a publication entry to learn how.
When working with exhibition materials, keeping your resources organized is key. Exhibition catalogues often contain valuable information that supports your research. By linking an exhibition catalogue directly to its exhibition entry, you can instantly access the catalogue from the exhibition page. This avoids the need to search for the catalogue separately, ensuring that all the essential information related to the exhibition is conveniently available in one location.
1. Open the exhibition entry and click + Add Catalogue.
2. Select an exhibition catalogue.
A dialog opens. Use the search filters to find the correct publication entry and select it. Confirm with Select.
