Publication preview images help you quickly identify the correct record when searching through your publications. On the Navigating.art platform, you can add a cover image when linking scans to a publication. However, if you don't have the scans available to link, you can still add a preview image. In this tutorial, you'll learn how to add a preview image to a publication without linking scans.
1. In the publication entry, click + Add preview image.
2. Select a resource.
A dialog opens. Select an archival resource to choose your preview media. Confirm with Select.
3. Select a preview image.
After selecting the resource, all available media within it is displayed. Select a media item as your preview image and confirm with Select.
4. Find the preview image displayed in the publication entry.
